No Filter Coffee Roasters is a small batch roastery based in Ontario, built on a love for loud, fruit forward coffees and a no BS approach. “No Filter” isn’t just about brewing, it’s about being real. This is coffee done my way: unfiltered, unapologetically delicious, and full of personality.

We roast to highlight what’s already there; sweetness, fruit and character, letting the bean speak for itself. We aim to educate and make specialty coffee feel more approachable. We take the complexity out of specialty coffee and leave it in the bean.

Every coffee is thoughtfully sourced through trusted importers who work closely with producers to ensure quality, transparency, and ethical practices from farm to cup. But this isn’t just about what’s in the cup. Coffee is always evolving, and so are we. No Filter is about learning as we go, staying curious, and taking people along for the ride.
