Why No Filter
Coffee should be exciting, not intimidating.
No Filter started from a simple idea: great coffee does not need to be complicated. We want people to taste something different, ask questions, experiment and enjoy the process without getting buried in the jargon.
The Approach
We roast to highlight what is already in the coffee, not cover it up. The goal is to preserve the character of the lot and bring out the sweetness, fruit and structure that make it unique.
The Rotation
Everything runs in small batches and the lineup keeps moving. Coffees change with the seasons, interesting lots come and go, and once something is gone, the next drip takes its place.
