V60 (one to two cups)
- Rinse the filter with hot water and warm the dripper and mug. Tip out the rinse water.
- Add 15 g ground coffee and make a small well in the center.
- Start the timer. Bloom with 50 g water to wet all the grounds. Swirl gently. Wait 45 s.
- Pour 100 g in slow circles to reach 150 g.
- Pour the last 100 g to reach 250 g. Give a tiny swirl.
- Let it drain. Aim to finish between 2:45–3:00.
